Limited Partnerships without legal personality - Legal Arrangement
A limited partnership without legal personality must be registered with the Guernsey Registry in order to be created. The same processes for the formation and registration of limited partnerships with legal personality apply to limited partnerships without legal personality although there is no requirement to file particulars of governance forms.
