Change of Particulars

Guernsey limited liability partnerships (LLPs) must notify the Registry if there is a change to any of the particulars stated in section 8 (3) of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 2013. These particulars are:

-  Name of the LLP

-  Name and address of the resident agent (if any)

-  Nature of business

-  Principal place of business

-  Registered office in Guernsey

Notice of a change to any of these particulars must be sent to the Registry within 21 days of the change occurring. Changes can be submitted via the Online Services Portal. The filing fee can be paid by credit/debit card or Registry credit account.


Change of LLP members

If the members of a LLP (or any change in the members' particulars) change, notice of the change must be sent to the Registry within 14 days of the change occurring.

Changes can be submitted via the Online Services Portal. The filing fee can be paid by  credit/debit card or Registry credit account.
