CSP Directory Information
The Corporate Service Provider (CSP) directory lists firms/individuals who hold a full fiduciary licence with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Different CSPs specialise in different types of fiduciary business. Some offer company incorporation services, while others offer services primarily aimed at the finance sector. This directory contains a list of CSPs, along with lists of CSPs by business area, and information for local traders looking to incorporate a company.
The CSP directory does not give an exhaustive list of CSPs. Details of all fiduciary licence holders are available on the GFSC website.
Please note: While the Guernsey Registry is not able to recommend or endorse any particular CSP, all those listed in the directory are fiduciary licence holders and form part of a well regulated sector.
Listing on the CSP directory
If your firm holds a full fiduciary licence and does not appear on the CSP directory, you can apply to the Registry to be listed free of charge.
To get a listing on the CSP directory, the 'CSP data capture form' available for download at the bottom of the page should be completed and returned by email to enquiries@guernseyregistry.com, along with a copy of your firm's logo in JPG or PDF format.
The Registry will then check the details of the application and update the directory accordingly.
Changing details on the CSP directory
If you need to update your details on the CSP directory, or remove your firm from the directory please email enquiries@guernseyregistry.com with full details of the change(s) and the Registry will be happy to make the amendments for you.
