Registered Office Address
Please note: These guidance notes are not intended to be definitive legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. The interpretation of legislation is a matter on which the Guernsey Registry cannot advise and entities/individuals need to form their own independent view on compliance with the legislation. Independent legal advice is advised where there is any uncertainty.
All Guernsey companies must have a registered office in Guernsey at all times, to which all communications and notices may be addressed.
Change of registered office
Any change to the registered office address needs to be notified to the Registry by making an online submission. The change of address takes effect when the submission is registered by the Registrar. For 14 days after the change is registered, documents can be served on the company at the previous registered office.
