Legislation
All of the Guernsey Registered Entities legislation - Companies, Limited Partnership and Foundations - and the associated regulations can be found on the Guernsey Legal Resources website.
Guernsey Legal Resources is a joint initiative by the Royal Court of Guernsey and the Law Officers of the Crown which provides a comprehensive collection of legislation and regulations for the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The table below details the legislation currently in force for all Registered Entities.

Please Note: In November 2012, the States of Guernsey approved a policy letter outlining amendments to The Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008. The legislation is currently being drafted to accommodate these amendments which are detailed in an extract from the Billet which can be found here:
