Ali was born in Guernsey and attended Vale Primary School followed by St Sampsons Secondary School. Ali left school to become an Apprentice hairdresser before joining Specsavers Optical Group based at their head office, where she stayed for 15 years until leaving to become a full time mum in 2008.
Alison joined the Guernsey Registry team in November 2015.
