See below links to the relevant forms for the ongoing administration of a charity/NPO (non profit organisation) under The Charities etc. (Guernsey and Alderney) Ordinance, 2021.

Charity/NPO registration application form

This form should be used to apply to register a Charity/NPO. This should be provided along with the organisations constitution, or other governing document.

 

The constitutional document must include certain matters as prescribed by The Charities etc. (Amendments, Exemptions, Governance and Specified Amount) (Guernsey and Alderney) Regulations, 2022 (see regulation 4 and the schedule).  An extract of the schedule from the regulations that lists the matters that must be included in the constitutional documents can be found here: Charity/NPO Constitution Checklist

Change of Particulars: Registered Entity Information (COP1)

This form should be used to notify the Registry of any changes to the Charity/NPO name and contact information

Please note there is no fee to register, renew or change the particulars of a registered charity or NPO
