Limited Liability Partnerships
On 21 March 2012, the Commerce and Employment Department released a consultation document on proposed Limited Liability Partnership legislation.
This consultation document seeks input on a number of specific issues, as well as seeking general feedback and comments on the draft legislation.
The consultation period runs from 26 March 2012 until 4 May 2012.
