Director registration
All company directors must complete a registration form in order to be provided with a unique company director number.
In many cases, director registration is carried out by Corporate Service Providers (CSPs), however company directors are more than welcome to visit the Guernsey Registry offices in order to complete the application themselves.
In order to register as a director, you will need to call into the office with the following:
- A completed director registration form
- A valid form of identification e.g. passport or driving license.
The photographic identification will be scanned and the form taken for processing.
PLEASE NOTE: registering as a director DOES NOT automatically link you as a director on a specific company. This needs to be done AFTER the registration process.
