What is a Regulated Presenter ?
For the purposes of the Guernsey Registry, a Regulated Presenter (RP) is an entity that is licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission but does not hold a full Fiduciary license.
RPs are able to make submissions on the Registry system without the need for corporate pins but are unable to incorporate a company on behalf of their clients or to reserve a name or make a rectification submission.
