Foundations - April 2011
In December 2006, the States of Guernsey approved a States Report prepared by the Commerce and Employment Department regarding a review of Trust Law in Guernsey. Included in the proposals for reform of Guernsey's Trusts Law were recommendations on the introduction of foundations.
The purpose of the consultation was to receive feedback on the draft Foundations Law and to ask for industry feedback on certain key questions.Document downloads
