Holly Tostevin

Senior Registry Officer

Holly was born in Guernsey and was educated at the Grammar School where she completed her A levels in 2002.

Holly joined the Civil Service after leaving school and was placed on the Administrative Training Scheme - this involved placements with the Civil Service Board, Board of Industry (Industrial Relations Service), Treasury and Resources Department (Risk & Assurance) and Culture and Leisure (Finance Team).

Holly was offered a permanent position with Culture and Leisure where she remained until she moved to the Registry in June 2009.

Holly is a Certified Accounting Technician and, since joining the Registry, has completed her ICSA certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration. Holly is currently studying for the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration.
