Charity/NPO Online Portal

Charities and NPOs must submit filings to the Registry using the new online portal. To use the portal you will need to create an account. This is different to any greg.gg account that you may already have.

To submit filings and annual validation forms charities and NPOs will need to nominate authorised persons to administer their account with the Registry (this will not give them any governing role or responsibility). A proof of Authorised Filer nomination will be required using either the template authorisation form that is available here, or other signed proof such as minutes or a written resolution to the Registry, this must be submitted via the online portal.

Step by step guidance on how to create an account, nominate an authorised filer and how to submit filings is available here: www.guernseyregistry.com/charityguidance.

In person assistance to use the new portal will be available at drop-in sessions on the following dates:

Guernsey: 10th January to 28th February 2023:

-  At the KGV bar every Tuesday, 12:00 to 14:00

-  At the Guille-Alles Library public computers every Wednesday, 15:00-17:00

Alderney: Monday 30th January 2023 in the Walpole Room at the Georgian House, 10:30 to 12:00, and 13:00 to 15:00.

If you are attending the drop-ins you will need:

-  Your portal login details, or if you do not already have an account you will need access to your emails on a mobile device or have your email login details with you so that an account can be created for you on site.

-  If you are not yet an authorised filer on the portal, you will need to provide a signed authorised filer document.

If you need assistance or have questions please contact the Registry by email charities@guernseyregistry.com or by phone 01481 222800 (between 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday).
