Annual Validation - Limited Partnership

In accordance with The Limited Partnerships (Fees, Annual Validations and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 2016, all Guernsey limited partnerships must file an annual validation between 1 June and and 30 June each year (except limited partnerships registered in May that same year).
The annual validation contains the details of the limited partnership as they were on 31 May that year. All limited partnership annual validation submissions are made online at www.greg.gg.
The annual validation fee for all limited partnerships is £500.
All annual validation submissions received after 30 June will be subject to a £100 per month late filing fee.
