Change of Particulars

Guernsey foundations must notify the Registry if there is a change to any of the particulars stated in section 7(3) of Schedule 1 of the Foundations (Guernsey) Law, 2012. These particulars are:

-  Name of the foundation

-  The Charter

-  Name and address of the resident agent (if any)

-  Name and address of the councillors

-  Name and address of the guardian

-  Registered office in Guernsey

Notice of a change to any of these particulars must be sent to the Registry within 21 days of the change occurring.

Changes can be submitted via the Online Services Portal.  The filing fee can be paid by credit/debit card or Registry credit account.
